Refund policy

CANCELING AN ORDER

All canceled orders are subject to 20% cancelation fee and subject to inspection by Idea Furniture, Co. All merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
All merchandise must be brought to the store at client expense and in the same condition as received (in factory sealed packaging, unassembled, with no signs of wear, tear, scratches, damage or missing parts). Pick up of those items could be arranged and delivery/pick up charges will apply.
We are sorry, but neither returns nor exchanges will be accepted on:
▪ bedding, mattresses
▪ floor models, “sale” and “as is” merchandise (those should be accepted without any repair responsibility on Idea Furniture, Co. behalf),
▪ special order merchandise
▪ abused merchandise
All returns will be made by company check and mailed from our Corporate Office within 21 business days from the day of return.
Delivery charge, handling charge, assembly charge, fabric protector, leather protector and/or extended warranty are not subject to return.

RESELECTIONS

A one-time exchange is available on stock items if requested within 7 days of delivery or pick up. Replacement orders must be of equal or greater value. No refunds on unused balances. Delivery for those items could be arranged and delivery charges will apply. The returned merchandise must not have a signs of wear, tear, scratches, damage or missing parts. We reserve the right to refuse to issue an exchange authorization in certain circumstances.
Please note, there are neither returns nor reselections on special ordered merchandise, floor models and merchandise sold “as is”.
